As the Founder Director of the Bhairavnath Education Group (भैरवनाथ शिक्षण, क्रीडा व समाजसेवा मंडळ), he has established a vast network of institutions—ranging from nursing colleges, higher education colleges, paramedical and allied health institutions, to English and Marathi medium schools—across urban and rural Maharashtra. Under his leadership, the Group has become synonymous with excellence in education, innovation in curriculum, and empowerment of underserved communities, especially in rural regions where quality education was once a distant dream.
